In a time of “War for Talent”, accelerating transformations and the average number of employments per career still on the increase, we need to rethink and upgrade our approach to leadership development and HR. In the attempt to do so, our experience has shown that strategic competency frameworks as well as game-based tools for training can be strong assets, especially if used in combination.
At this informal morning seminar, we invite decisions makers and top practitioners from industry leading companies to join Workz and global organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry as we share key insights from our “engine rooms” and favorite, inspiring HR cases.
You will learn about the strong scientific foundation of Korn Ferry’s approach to identifying and analyzing competencies and how machine learning is taking a well-proven methodology to the next level. Then you'll take a trip into the world of game- and behavioural design as Workz share tricks and learnings from integrating competency frameworks in leadership academies and strategy roll-outs.
The latter includes Christian Lauritzen, Global Head of Learning and Development at ISS, who will share his insights from the design of the global Leading the ISS Way leadership program, which combines a leadership competency framework with highly engaging game-based training.
The seminar is from 8.00 to 10.00 and is hosted by Marco Mingolla, Senior Client Partner, Head of Leadership Advisory at Korn Ferry, and Ask Agger, CEO at Workz.
