Kit has a background in government and strategic design. Before joining Workz she was Deputy Director at the public sector innovation unit MindLab as well as visiting Scholar at Parsons the New School for Design in NYC. Before joining MindLab in 2007 she was leading a project unit in the Ministry of Employment, where she also began her career in 2001.
As an experienced leader, manager, and change facilitator Kit has served as an advisor on strategy, organisational change, and policy/service design to numerous institutions in Denmark, as well as internationally. She has helped setting up governmental labs in various countries around the Globe and building innovation capacity in large international organisations.
Kit manoeuvres at all levels of hierarchies and moves easily between national and organisational cultures. She has a strong belief in the importance of understanding human behaviour to enable and push change.
Kit holds a MA from the University of Copenhagen and an Executive M.Sc. from Oxford/HEC (2014). She is since 2015 a member of the Advisory Board for UNDP´s Innovation Facility.
