In cooperation with ISS, Workz developed a fundamental manager education program that subsequently was rolled out to all Service Managers.
It is a program that strengthens each employee and equips him or her to do the task of ISS Service Manager, without focusing on powerpoint but on simple models, training, and reflection.
Workz designed the program and the related games and exercises. We also trained the first couple of teams and now ISS has taken over and handles the entire program them selves.
