Svend Ask Larsen
Svend is a senior consultant at Workz and one of the driving forces behind the development of the change management game, Wallbreakers, and the project management game, Playmakers. He is often the person to certify HR departments and consultants in the use of their games and tools.
Before Svend started at Workz, he was co-founder of a consultancy firm focused on learning games, systematic psychology and manager training. The work combined several of Svend’s interests and his great passion for playing and designing role-play and board games.
Svend’s work includes acting as project manager on a learning game for homicide and criminology for primary school pupils. In addition, he has created projects on game-based innovation and change management simulations respectively.
